Is there a financial aid "special circumstances" form?

<p>My father received a $30,000 bonus for getting laid off last year. He now works in another state, so my parents are paying for two households.</p>

<p>My parents’ 2008 tax return shows $30,000 more than the 2007’s.</p>

<p>Is there anyway to notify USC that the extra $30,000 was a one time deal, and that my parents are supporting two households?</p>

<p>Yes, call the financial aid office and tell them you would like to report the special circumstances, and that you want them considered when you/if you apply for financial aid.</p>
