Is there a recommendation letter form required for UPenn Wharton Transfer?

<p>Hi,</p>

<p>I’m thinking of applying to NYU and UPenn as a transfer student (junior) for Fall 09.
As I could see from the requirements of both schools, two recommendation letters are required.
For NYU, we are supposed to give our teachers (professors) some kind of letter of recommendation form where they will fill out the recommendation on… which looks like this… <a href=“Undergraduate Admissions”>Undergraduate Admissions;
However, I could not figure out whether UPenn also needs that kind of form. Does anybody know if they require this form? If so, where can I find it?
I’ve asked the admissions office but they are not really helpful…
Can anyone help me with this?</p>

<p>Hi. I’m also applying to both schools and the transfer admission office at Upenn told me to use the form in Common Application.</p>

<p>I checked the form for NYU(the link above), too, and it is a bit different from Common App. I don’t think NYU cares which form you use, but it’d be better to stick with the same form if you’re asking for the rec letter to the same professor.</p>
