Is there any ADA law that grants expungement of grades when learning disabilities are later identified? Basically I have a 3.1 GPA from a previous school where the last term I got a 3.6 GPA and I took a year off and got a 4.00 GPA (at community College) with the DSP services. I took the SAT with DSP services and got 2120. Can I make a claim saying I would have gotten better grades had I received DSP services at the time and have my grades expunged? Has anyone ever done this before?

The ADA is to make accommodations for one to do basic life functions, not to rectify past issues. You can explain it as you have done here, but there is no law ‘making’ them disregard your history.

No, there is not.

No. Accommodations are not retroactive.
