Is there any Bus/Farm supplement form that I can fill in online?

<p>I have a copy filled out by hand, but I would rather either submit it online or at least find a site where I can input the information into fields. Is this possible?</p>

We have to file the supplement also. All I could find was a place to download it and fill it by hand.</p>

<p>Two of my S’s colleges wants us to snail mail it to them and one college wants us to send it to IDOC.</p>

<p>Yeah, I tried that too – no go. No way to do it except by hand. Pain in the rear, if you ask me.</p>
