Is there any chance for me to get accepted?

<p>Hi Im a Japanese student living in a Japan. </p>

<p>I had attended normal japanese school until 10th grade and I started to go to international school from 10th grade second semester. Since it’s my first time to be in english school, I had a kinda hard time adjusting at the beginning, so my GPA is really low. Is there any chance for me to get accepted to UCLA or should I apply for other universities? </p>

<p>GPA:3.2 (IB diploma) (Econ HL=7, English HL=5, Japanese SL=7, Math SL=7, History HL=5 and Chemistry SL=4 in Junior year)</p>

<p>SAT1= 2170 </p>

<p>SAT Math level2= 720 </p>
