Is there any point in my taking the SAT 2 for Bio this year?

I took the SAT 2 Chem last year, got an 800, took Math 2 as well, got 770 (I’m re-taking it this June). I also am planning on taking US History Sub Test and Bio Sub Test in June. However…now I’m considering not taking the Bio SAT Sub test because I’ve already taken a science sub test and done well.
Background info: Intending on applying to a few Ivies as well as prestigious Medical Scholars programs in UCSD and Northwestern University.
What do you think?
Disadvantages: I should prioritize Math 2 especially, and US History(since it’s notorious). SAT 2 Bio will take more time to prep for as the AP Bio curriculum doesn’t include some of the content in the SAT 2 THIS YEAR due to course content changes.
Advantages: _________ (fill in the blank?)

I think it would be a good idea if you’re already taking AP Biology, since you won’t have to learn that much new material. I’m self-studying for it, and it’s much harder because I haven’t learned most of these concepts in my Biology class (taking IB Biology).
