is there any second chance to apply UC?

I just immigrate to California, I’m wondering how to apply to UC, but I’m still studying in high school and I’ll graduate soon in June.
Is there any second chance that I can apply to university?
Or are there any other programs that are fit for my situation?

UC’s only accept Freshman admits in Fall and deadline for the application was Nov 30th, 2016. You can take a Gap year and then apply as a Freshman for Fall 2018. Another option is to go to a California Community college for 2 years and then transfer using TAG (Transfer Admission Guarantee for 6 of the 9 UC campuses).
