I know this is a hail mary, but I want to submit an application to Berkeley for transfer, but the deadline was earlier in January. Is there any way to submit an application for transfer? Have there ever been any instances where people have been able to submit an application after the deadline?
Not sure if it’s relevant but I’m a junior with a 4.0 at an Ivy. My school isn’t known for engineering though, which is why I want to transfer.
