Is there away to improve SAT efficiently?

I have taken one real SAT and several practice tests
Although I practice the SAT every day, my score is stagnant ( math: about 700-730; reading: 400- 500; grammar: 650-700)

Hence is there a way to improve my score efficiently?

Looks like your reading comprehension needs some work. You might want to check out a method I’ve written up: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/sat-preparation/750399-how-attack-sat-critical-reading-section-effectively.html

Thank you
I have read your link
They all seem truly helpful
But the main problem is that sometimes I run out of time and sometimes I just don’t get what the author is talking about (ex the author uses an idiom or a personal experience which I just can’t comprehend)
So is there a way to fix these problems?
