Is there early decesion in grad school of electrical engineering?
if so could anyone list the names of those colleges

Grad school works differently than undergrad. Usually the admissions deadlines are earlier than for undergrads. Your applications will be review directly by the department you are applying to, not by a seperate office. Therefore, there are not usually cut and dried dates about things. Admissions decisions will be made over several months with some students getting accepted fairly quickly and others being put off until all the applications have been submitted. Some students will get accepted in January and others not until April. It is best to look for programs that interest you and apply to those regardless of their admission process.
