If so, post your major/college and your overall university and perhaps what kind of kids are jealous of you. Any other background/specific information is appreciated 2.

For me: I’m at Stern and usually CAS kids are jealous of us.

At my school, we tend to get all the students at UPenn constantly reminding us of how laughably inferior we are. We make any less-than-positive remark about their school for any reason (even something they’d say about their own school), it’s because we’re horribly jealous that we go to such an inferior school, obviously. It gets very tiresome.

i’m not jealous of anyone. oh i forgot; some of the suny schools are jealous of stern too. this baruch guy once begged me for help on job advice and i shot him down.

Drexel. I’ve heard of these mysterious “Temple students” but I have never seen one…seems like they stay in their own little bubble up there. They get to avoid being target practice at least. It’s funny because I thought that the caricatures of rich snobby elite school students you see in the movies all the time didn’t actually exist but, oh, they do.

^are you serious? can you say pompous *******?

Yeah, there’s jealousy at my university. Usually people from other inferior universities like NYU who has to constantly spam CC with “why isn’t NYU a top college” to try to hide their jealousy and make themselves feel better.

I’m pretty sure there are planes from Oakland and San Francisco to New York.
For me: I’m a chemistry major at Princeton, and certain students at Stern seem to be jealous of our campus and academics and student body and just about everything else.
They also seem to be jealous of my friends at: Harvard, Yale, Penn, Duke, Stanford, Caltech, MIT, Columbia, Dartmouth, WashU, Northwestern, Cornell, Johns Hopkins, Brown, UChicago, Rice, Notre Dame, Vanderbilt, Emory, Berkeley, Carnegie Mellon, Georgetown, UVA, UCLA, UMich, Tufts, UNC-CH, Wake Forest, USC, William & Mary, Lehigh, UCSD, Brandeis, URochester, UWisconsin, Case Western, and Georgia Tech.

As you can see, rankings clearly show that Stern students fail at life.

I’m a Comad student, spend all my time doing weird art projects. I’m honestly not all that happy but I think it’s mostly stuff relating to college-age students and college in general and not specifically Drexel. I really like being in the middle of a big city.

For the record I’ve always thought all the Penn students’ “oh you must be so jealous of us” crap stemmed from the fact that they were mostly trying to project their own jealousy.

If Berkeley is pretty bad for undergrad then NYU is even worse. I’m not saying Berkeley is perfect, but it’s still better than the vast majority of other undergrad programs out there.
