Is there some disadvantage to sending two sets of SAT scores...?

The complete question is: am I at a disadvantage in the admissions process if I send two sets of SAT scores, even if one is better in every category?

For example, I know my March SAT scores, which contain a 780 CR. I took the SAT this June, and I definitely don’t think I surpassed that 780, and it’s likely my June CR score is lower. If I send my June and March SATs now (since four universities are free) and it turns out my CR is higher (or the same), and all other sections are also higher (very likely), did I just shoot myself in the foot?

The only reason I’d also send the March score is because I’m pretty sure the CR on that one will be higher than the June CR score, in which case I’d want that to be taken into account when superscoring. I just want to make sure that it’s not a big deal (and that I don’t look like a complete idiot) if I send another set of scores that are better in every section.
