<p>I just stumbled across some pages talking about “Cultural Diplomacy” and “Art and Diplomacy,” and I thought it would be a great possibility for my girlfriend to pursue. I’ve done some searches, but I can’t find any specific programs. Moreover, most of the pages I find are about four years old, even though several of them are gov’t papers talking about the importance of such programs. </p>
<p>Does anyone know anything about this subject?</p>
