is there is any one ?

no one can know ? :(

440 on the paper-based TOEFL is low for most schools. 550 is a standard cut-off, with 600 for some of the more competitive schools. Schools with ESL coursework available to admitted students may look for a 500 or higher. You really need to work on your English language skills to become admissible. You might consider a summer program in full-time ESL. Those programs usually require a 450 score for admission.
