Is this a "balanced" set of essays?

I know that it’s really important that your essays give the colleges a more complete picture of who you are, so I’m wondering if mine are adequate. All of the schools that I’m applying to use the Common Application, so I’m planning to write my main essay on why I play the French horn (I know this kind of thing is overdone, but I feel that I can make it unique and personal to my situation,) and my most meaningful activity essay on Girl Scouts and why I’ve stayed with it for 13 years. It has also been suggested to me that I write a most meaningful subject essay, which for me would be Spanish. My only concern is that two of my essays are about EC’s, which I’ve heard can be seen as a negative in the admissions process. Would it be a good idea to change one, or perhaps include an additional supplement?
Thanks.

No, you don’t need to. You’re supposed to show what you’re passionate about, and if two of them are ECs, so be it.

what else would you write about if not your extracurriculars? your academics? haha OF COURSE NOT. the reason you DO the extracurriculars that you do is because they are what you are passionate about.
