Is this a good college list? Input very much appreciated!

I’d generally like to stay in the West or go to the Northeast (I have a lot of family members scattered in this area)
I plan to be a biology major
My stats:
SAT: 1820 ACT: 28
UW GPA: 3.5 (I don’t know what my weighted GPA is)
EC:
Captain of tennis team for two years (we aren’t too good though)
A few regional awards from Impromptu
Founder and captain of the math club for three years

I’ve been aiming the 27K to 36K including room and board (after a discussion with family). We’re aware that with books and stuff, it might cost a bit more.
These are schools that were recommended to me by my family members that I filtered from price and after a looking at their websites. The guidance counselor at my school isn’t too helpful and I don’t know a whole lot of people who can help me with this so your opinions are welcome!

Matches/Slight Reaches
University of Wisconsin-Madison
Stoney Brook University
University of Rhode Island
Hunter College- CUNY

Safeties
Queens College
University of Albany
Colorado State
University of Oregon

Any I should add or take out? Even though I did give these schools a look through, I don’t know these schools THAT well so it’s definitely possible I have a completely wrong idea about them!

SUNY Geneseo fits your theme and offers a charming village setting. If you might be eligible for need-based financial aid, you should definitely take a look at a few private schools. Hobart & William Smith could be one such option.

(midwest like u of wisc. madison)

With your stats you should be able to get merit scholarships at B schools in Northeast region that would allow you to reach your financial goal. What size school are you looking for?
