Is this a legit US history prep test and should I take the math subject test?

here is the US test http://www.mymaxscore.com/images/stories/docs/MMSSATUSHistory_Online.pdf

I’m not to sure if this is a good test.

Now for the math , I want to apply to a good UC over here in cali and they greatly recommend taking math II for people entering as engineering majors ( computer engineering to be exact). Though the problem is that I am in my junior year and only taking algebra 2. I can’t believe that being lazy in 8th grade and taking algebra 1 again would effect me so much in the future.

The bright side is I have all of summer to prepare and study for the test if I should take it. Though as my algebra 2 class didn’t include any trig , I have to take a class in the summer.

Am I aiming to high? I have the work effort , it is just my previous choices when I WAS 13,14 years old being lazy.

Also I’m taking the physics subject test but I have taken a course on it and will review all summer so I think I will be good.

Thanks for any input.

Oh dang , just realized I can’t take the SAT and at least one subject test at the same day…

What now? I need to take the SAT at least twice so could I do it the SAT in June and November. Then the subject test spread out in October and December

Isn’t the December test to late for college registrations though? I could take all 3 on the October date or drop the US history test since it isn’t related to my wanted major… Though I don’t want all my ap prep for US history to go to waste since I really feel like I mastered that subject.

What do you guys think? Also by good UC’s I don’t mean UCLA,USC, or UC Berkeley. I mean UC Santa Barbara or UC San Diego of course.

If you’re apply SCEA, EA, or ED, typically the last date you can the take the SAT/Subject tests is November. If you’re applying RD, typically the last date you can take the test is January.
Just double check with the schools you’re applying with!
