Is this a spike?

I’m a junior that wants to apply to Harvard, NYU, UVA, and UPenn. I just wanted to know if my activity is a spike in my application. Thank you.

Spike:
CEO/Founder of a company since 10th grade (not naming for privacy reasons)
Developed an IT/cybersecurity bracelet for women (patent pending)
Pitched at Sharktank (episode not aired)
Featured in Buzzfeed and Huffingtonpost
Won state/regional challenges business competitions

(Along with this, I have a 1500+SAT, top 10% of my class, decent AP scores, and come from a competitive area.)

I’d say it is fairly standard in the Harvard and Penn pool.

I’m not sure if your school is a nominating school, but you should see if they can nominate you for a Jefferson Scholarship. You can’t apply for it; your high school must nominate you. Many students who are offered the scholarship end up choosing UVa over the Ivies. http://www.jeffersonscholars.org/scholarship/selection
