Is this a textbook?

Dumb question, but I’m a first year running start student!
I can’t tell if I’m suppose to buy a textbook for my French class, where it says what books you’ll need, this is what shows:

RESEARCHING MATERIALS Ed: 1ST
ISBN:9780840001627
Author:RESEARCHING MATERIALS
RESEARCHING MATERIAL

It says that it is not available through my college’s website and when I search the ISBN on Amazon, and various other textbook sites nothing shows. For other classes that don’t need books (I looked at PE classes) it explicitly says “No textbooks needed for this course,” so I’m not sure what to do.

Try emailing the professor for that class to get clarification.
