In case I choose Duke, is there a chance that I submit my ED app on 31st Oct and the transcript & recommendations somewhat later(due to the slowness of the international mailing system)
Will Duke understand this? or will it just neglect everything that arrives later than Nov 1st?</p>
<p>and, will I be considered for financial aid if i apply ED?</p>
<p>you should check this on the website, but i am almost certain that there is no finaid for internationals applying ED.</p>
