<p>So Yale’s supplement essay is basically a topic of your choice. I’m applying to the Plan II honors program at UT Austin, and for their personal statement, I basically had to write 5 sentences about different aspects of myself. They were each separate situations, and weren’t really connected in any way. Would it be acceptable for me to continue this and use it for my Yale supplement essay? The sentences I wrote have been the best of any I’ve done so far, because my voice shines through and they really show who I am.</p>
