Is this bad?

I was just wondering if a 640 on the SAT II Writing will affect my chances of getting accepted into the following schools:

Boston University
University of Rochester
Lehigh University

I know that the SAT II’s are very small factors but do you think they might work against me? Here are some of my stats just to make a comparison

1310 SAT
3.7 Unweighted GPA
4.5 Weighted
Top 10% Class Rank

<p>If you are doing engineering, probably not, if you are doing A&S involving math or physics or some science, not too much, if you are doing business or english, a lot, and some people even feel that sat 2’s don’t mean much anyways if they are low, and mean little if they are high</p>
