currently i’m taking ap calc bc and french lit at school. calc bc is manageable but is a pain. french lit is incredibly easy bc of my teacher (but she is a doll).

so here’s my question. i’m planning to self-study for physics b, italian, and psych starting JANUARY. is this doable? i think the biggest thing about italian is learning more about the culture aspect.

so do you think self-studying these 3 additional ap’s starting JANUARY is doable (start after my apps are done)? for psych, i’m arming myself with the barron’s psych book; and for physics, giancoli, websites my previous physics teacher gave me, and my physics teacher (little knowledge in physics; i forgot a lot of what i learned last year >_>).

i hear psych is one of the easier APs, so i think that will be okay
physics b shouldnt be too hard since you ve already taken it, it’ll come back to you
i’d say drop the italian
but do the other two
good luck!

Um… Do you speak Italian? If not, then yeah, that would be pretty overwhelming. Learning a language on your own (even if you know a little) can be really challenging. Definitely go with the other two if you’re interested in them, though. They’re pretty manageable.

i’ve been studying italian for over a year now (still studying it at the present) and i’m pretty comfortable with it. i’m pretty good at learning languages and am very interested in italian. i think that’s doable… hopefully.

so you think it’ll be okay if i start studying in january? four months to study.
