Is this ethical thing to do with my college GPA?

Hi! So first off let me apologize if this is the wrong section for this. I am currently a senior in college and I am currently in the process of applying for full time jobs post graduation. I am running into a dilemma with my GPA currently. I transferred to my current university last year, meaning my grades posted have been for two semesters only. I had a pretty rocky semester last year and only achieved a 2.8 GPA which I know is not good. My main issue is that at my old university I did pretty good and got a 3.6 GPA. The main problem is my current university does not take those grades when you transfer and only gives the credits towards graduation. So, meaning my current GPA according to my university is 2.8 even though I worked my butt off my first two years those don’t count. Is it bad to combine my GPA from my first year at this university and the grades that transferred over from my previous semester? I obviously have proof that I got these grades, but I am nervous is a employer asks for proof of GPA from my university they will only see the 2.8 GPA. Also, a lot of employers require a 3.0 GPA or higher before they even will consider you. This really puts me in a pigeonhole. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help in advance

Perhaps you could list both, as well as the combined, to make it clear what you’re doing?
