Is this outfit appropriate for an interview?

law firm interview

The jacket is appropriate, but it doesn’t look like the model is wearing a shirt underneath, which makes it too revealing. Wear a blouse or camisole under the jacket and it’ll look great. Shorts like that are fine for a typical day at work, but are a bit informal for an interview. I’d go with pants or a skirt. Same with the shoes – cute for everyday, too informal for an interview.

Add a shirt and pants… but i personally think it’s ugly. I don’t tend to wear that kind of a color. Just me though.

Of course I will wear a shirt inside duuuuu, it is an interview.

Laura1013 thanks

the jackets fine… but I agree about wearing a skirt or pants instead. also, more professional shoes.

I agree with what everyone else has said.

VS has some really cute suits. I think that the one you showed won’t be as great a few years later and it looks pretty bulky. I’d go for a more basic one like: [Victoria’s Secret - Two-button jacket](<a href=“Victoria's Secret: Shop Lingerie, Bras & Swim in All Sizes”>Victoria's Secret: Shop Lingerie, Bras & Swim in All Sizes)

If you aren’t set on VS, you might look at The Limited and Ann Taylor.
