Is this possible?

Hi, i am someone who didn’t do the best in high school and going to community college until i get 12-15 credits until transferring to a university. Im currently a senior and was wondering, if i start community classes now after my day at high school (i only have to go to school until 1:30 everyday) and get 6 or 9 credits by the 2nd college summer semester, then in mid summer, get another 6 credits then start at slippery rock university in the fall. They told me all i need is 12 credits and i’l be good but that was for applying for their spring semester. I want to start in the fall because i have friends who go there and they need one more person for their apartment and i would really like to move in there with people i already know. Anyways, does that plan seem possible, i am allowed to apply ahead of time then before the semester is officially over and i just have professors write and sign my grades and the college will make their decision from there. Thanks for reading and the help.

Which university are you trying to transfer to?

Slippery Rock University. I plan on taking community classes in the summer and asap after my high school classes to get 12 credits quicker.

Totally off topic, but I had to google “Slippery Rock University” to see if you were for real. What an awesome name, too bad it’s not slippery slope uni but I guess that wouldn’t go over well with employers.

lol wow, that makes me feel like I’m going to a good college when you thought i was making the name up haha. It’s actually a pretty big name college on our side of pennsylvania.

I bet it is. I didn’t even know about Swarthmore 'til a few months ago. I’m horrible with schools out east besides your Harvard, Yale, etc…

Wrong forum. UC transfers only…

I would check with admissions for the best advice at SRU.
