is this sentence fine?

One of my traits is: absolute patriotism towards my team; this maybe my project group or football team; win or lose, it will have my support

Patriotism means love and support for one’s country. You cannot have patriotism for a football team. (Unless of course you are talking about the New England Patriots LOL!)

maybe should be “may be,” get rid of the colon, and make the first semicolon a period.

“Dedication” would be a better word choice in this context than “patriotism.” Also, I agree with llilliann.
