When Prep School Admissions gets unearthly quiet?

I guess it is.

It’s boring… I don’t much like it

I don’t much like it either.

I wish it was back to normal. :(

I’m quite sad and bored now.

The excitement will return when the waitlist action begins…

Next waitlist action = when the next big check is due?
When is that btw?

Big checks due in July? They are big!!! My son will fly into White Plains to go to Kent. To get from White Plains to Kent by auto is $175. Maybe we will hear a lot of griping…

yah it is very quiet. I haven’t been going on too frequently. I’ve been going on once every three days or so.

it’s too quiet. lets start an interesting thread.

like what??

lol. or one about food

Yes, food!! How about food to stock up for…boarding schools? Or food in general :)

Ah, it is sad how most people have abandoned this forum.
I think everyone’s busy preparing for boarding school and stuff. :]

I’m preparing for boarding school…to apply next year that is. I miss everyone!

Food one should stock up on in their room:
Dry carby snacks (I prefer Cheese Nips, but anything will do)
something sweet (like sour gummy worms)
Soda/juice (I like Dr. Pepper, cranberry juice, and Jones cream soda)
Energy drinks (Full Throttle for me!)

then just put it in some wicker bins under the bedΩ

The sour gummy worms are a great idea
Are you allowed to have dinner in your own house? For example, a late-night meal that only needs to be heated and then can be eaten? Do you need to go to the cafeteria for that, or is there something you can heat it up with in the common rooms?

Full Throttle? I like Propel.

full throttle is an ENERGY drink. as in it contains caffeine and is meant to keep you awake. Propel is not.

thunk …I had no idea Propel wasn’t an energy drink, I’ve been using that for my swim team for four years! I’ve never had Full Throttle, though.

I don’t drink energy drinks.
