Is transfering two times a good idea?

I’m currently at Georgia Perimeter College with a 3.90 GPA, in the Honors Program, Phi Theta Kappa member, etc. I’m planning on transferring to a University of California campus sometime next year after I finish pre-req’s, but I’m unsure if I should transfer to a 4-year university here in GA before I transfer. Since I’ll be transferring from a 2-year college instead of a 4-year university, I don’t really know if it would affect the application. Thank you for your help.

I answered your question, go back and check

thank you! didn’t see it until now.

Instead of going to a 4-year in GA, a community college in California will give you more opportunities. However, if you are seeking for UCLA or UC Berkeley, then you should go to community colleges close by them, because they mostly take students from closest colleges.
