Is Tufts Worth It?

<p>Is an education at Tufts truly worth it? (especially with engineering)
My parents keep asking me if i truly think Tufts is worth the high cost so i need something convincing to tell me Tufts is really worth the high costs. My alternatives are uc san diego or georgia tech, but personally i really enjoy tufts. I’ve even met with the track and field coach as i will be running track there (but i most likely can’t at UCSD and can not run at georgia tech). </p>

<p>When i applied my parents told me not to worry about costs so i did not apply for financial aid but now they’re asking me if it would really be worth the costs.
I probably will apply for financial aid for my second year, if i choose to attend.</p>

<p>Possibly a response from a Tufts Graduate would help especially if he/she majored in engineering? So simply put, is Tufts worth the cost?</p>

<p>Oh, and im interested in robotics and the soft bodied robots really interests me. However, my dad is saying that robotics is very expensive and so a big school would be much more advantageous if i choose to study mechanical engineering and robotics.</p>
