Is UCI's Electrical Engineering Program Tough?

<p>Is it incredibly hard to get an A in EE courses? How do the proffessors grade? Will I spend all day just studying? What could I to do prepare over the summer?</p>

<p>This is a good question. I was accepted to UCI, UCSB, UCD, SLO for EE as well so I need find out how it fares.</p>

<p>Well, EE in general is notoriously hard, and even at UCI’s level, should be difficult.</p>

<p>I’m also debating turning down “prestigious” schools to attend slightly easier schools like SB for a better shot at graduate school.</p>

<p>Graduate schools take into account which university you have attended when it comes to admissions. Attending UCI won’t give you a disadvantage though. I was recently accepted to UCLA, Cornell, and Carnegie Mellon University for M.S. in EE. Choose the school that best fits you.</p>
