Is UCLA really hard?

Hi everyone,
I recently got into UCLA as a transfer student with neuroscience major. I also got into UCI, UCR and UCD. My current GPA from my community college is like 3.49… I also know that there are a lot of students with 4.0 GPA got into UCLA. So I am kind of hesitant to accept the offer from UCLA. I am also planning to go to a pharmacy school later after undergrad. Some of my professors and friends recommended me that going to some less competitive schools like UCR or UCD will be easier to earn a good GPA. But I also think which school you came out from matters too. I am really indecisive now… Is there someone who knows about studying life science majors in UCLA? If someone can understand what I concern and can give me some suggestions, I’d greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Sure it’s going to be tough! But I will tell you what I told my bf (he recently got into Berkeley’s College of Engineering and had some serious doubts about himself): they would have NEVER let you in if they didn’t believe you could make it.
