Is USC in-person or, like many universities, are they saying that to make sure the cash keeps coming

@CADREAMIN - thx for the responses. regarding “The one per room is internet legend”. During that webinar the other day they did state that they hoped to be able to accommodate 2persons/room but due to county regulations it looks they may be forced to have a single person per room only. And they stated multiple times that there will be less beds available in dorms.

Since USC does manage a number of out-of-campus properties, and it looks like there are many folks trying to get out of the leases for those places, perhaps indeed USC will be able to accommodate everyone that had the dorm assigned already. But if that means some will have to go to a different place than the one they paid the deposit for one would think those would have to be given a choice to cancel.
