<p>Not good in math, but great in english. I am not the best test taker, but my essays are awesome… If i applied for an English major, etc., and raised my GPA (it’s a 3.85)- and kept all my EC (too many to count…) could I get in??</p>
<p>There’s no reason not to try. My son was accepted with 800 V, 800 W and 560 M.</p>
<p>If you have your heart set on it, then try. Daughter was waitlisted with 800 Verbal, 800 Writing, 650 Math and 3.86 GPA unweighted, taking most challenging courseload offered at school, lots of EC’s</p>
