No, it won’t be a substitute AP. It might be used as “hm…this person is intellectually curious about this topic”.
But why do you ask? Is it because your school doesn’t have APs?
Don’t worry about that…your GC will send a “school profile” that discusses what courses are offered.
You can take what your school doesn’t have.

My suggestion to you is to post a thread in the college search and selection forum seeking advice of searching for colleges that may meet your academic and financial needs.
