I was just wondering.

Obama already began his TV ads. So far, I’ve seen 2 for the past week. In both, he mentions his values as a result of what his grandparents taught him: “values straight from the Kansas farm in which they grew up”

and then you wait for the Hawaii part of his values, but it never comes. lol

Yah… did anyone else notice?

Obama will start talking about his Hawaiian roots as soon as McCain starts boasting about his homeland of Panama.

well of course, it’s obvious that Kansas>>>>Hawaii

I am from Kansas, don’t hurt me :P

easy: Kansas = heartland full of small town Americans, Hawaii = vacation spot

I think that although he was raised in Hawaii his grandparents raised him more on the Kansas lifestyle, if that makes sense. His grandparents grew up on Kansas farms and that had an effect on the values they taught him. I don’t think it’s that big of a deal.
