ISS degree at Major U or Economics/Political Science at other...

Greetings…

Kind of in a pickle here on what to do…

on one side I can do an Interdisciplinary Social Sciences degree at Florida State University
this would be an online program due to circumstances.
or

I could go do a degree in Economics with Political science major/minor from a Cal state school… probably Sonoma State.

Which would be the better option???

I am thinking the Economics degree…

can’t get in the Econ at FSU due to their specific requirements… and

I am more interested in transitioning into Economic skills… but also like poli sci…

Have worked in IT for 7 years and want to get into another field and get a degree in something along those lines…

I am thinking the Interdisciplinary Social Sciences just taking random classes might be a waste of time and won’t help me any as I’m already making 50k a year in IT.

Thanks.

I’d like the degree to transition into another field… thinking more money in Economics… and would then possibly like to do an MPA/MBA afterwards at some point, or a Masters in Econ.

hrrmmm anybody?
