A little while ago I downloaded the new iPhone update.
Previously, when I wanted to delete a text I’d tap twice on the text and then a garbage can would appear and then I tapped and deleted. Now when I double=tap on a text message icons appera (thumbs up, down, exclamation point). Anyone know how to eliminate these icons, and simply delete a tex?
This was supposed to be posted in Parents Cafe.
Can you not do it by hitting the message icon (revealing your entire list of messages), hitting edit, clicking the circle to the left of the message and then hitting delete? That’s how I’ve always done it, I don’t know any other way to do it.
I just swipe a message and red box with delete comes up.
I don’t have enough memory for the newest update 10.3 and didn’t even install the previous one. Also I’ve read that you need to backup your data before installing and I don’t feel like learning how to do that (although I guess it’s not too hard).
