Looks like it was 110+ here today, and it’s still 100 at 10pm. The pool water is hotter than most places in the US, but we get weather like this every summer. It was cool in the house. Thankful for AC, and I feel badly for those suffering from extreme temperatures in other places. Not fun, and sometimes deadly.
My pen pal lives in that area, and it’s 107 in her town!
I’m visiting San Francisco and the Carmel/Monterey area right now. Since I’m coming from southeastern Texas, it seems so refreshing, but all the locals are complaining that it’s horribly warm! After weeks of temperatures near 100F, it’s nice to be able to wear long sleeves here.

The coastal fog came in this morning!!!
It’s only supposed to go up to 90 degrees in Tampa, Florida tomorrow but the humidity is what makes it feel so hot for us here…the RealFeel temp is going to be about 119 tomorrow! We’ve had rain every day for almost last three weeks.
