ITA reading method

I was taught to read by the ITA method, in 1965. I wondered if anyone knows where I can purchase the first set of the Paul and Sally books. I also remember getting books from the "weekly readers ". I had several but they were destroyed in our house fire many years later. No one seems to know what I am talking about.
