It's a dorm room! It's a sushi restaurant!

Really great story!

I’m not impressed. It seems that they are illegally operating an eating establishment, bypassing all requirements (including food safety inspections).

I agree with CTTC
here is something those students can aspire to in the future

This is scary. Raw fish can be dangerous. Sushi-quality fish is specially processed by freezing to kill any parasites.

I am very careful where I eat raw fish. Some restaurants and grocery stores have gotten patrons very ill with hepatitis.

Kitchens where food is prepared have to be inspected for cleanliness and workers need to have all their vaccines in order–TB and the like.

Sorry, I’m against folks bypassing health regs and running a restaurant in the dorm or an apartment.

As a BU grad and sushi lover, I enjoyed the story, though I probably would not patronize the restaurant. I suppose they might get shut down now the story is out. (It says they are buying sushi quality fish.)

“(It says they are buying sushi quality fish.)”

emphasis on “says”
even real restaurants get caught with playing games to save $$$ all the time.
