<p>pooka & all: Smith is very different from other all-female colleges like Wellesley or Mount Holyoke in terms of academic environment and social life. Crazy girls, naked parties, etc…You will say,“it all depends on myself…I can just refrain from these activities”. But the experience is not going to be rewarding if you dont fit in the crowd - “fit” is the key word here. But who knows…what if Smith is your perfect match? So I encourage to find out more about Smith and see if it is the place where you can fit.

DuncanCTC: season ended man. All things considered, you did a great job…look forward to seeing you in the US soon. Make sure you learn some kungfu or kickboxing or self-defense before leaving VN…male schools in general and Wabash in particular have a notoriety for bullying and peer fighting

anhanh: Are you going back Saigon this summer? Any hopes from US colleges? For LSE, I would suggest you be a bit more aggressive and pro-active when it comes to finaid. Try to identify someone in financial office and maintain smooth communications with him/her. A lot of Vnese kids try to get aid from LSE despite the fact that many of them can pay twice the tuition and they are not even better than other less fortunate kids in terms of academic achievement!!! I can name at least five right now…call me cynical/radical but this is just ridiculous!!! Anyway, try to contact them to push for aid…if they dont give u enough aid, appeal, appeal, and appeal…good luck with you VAnh
