<p>I noticed that Indiana’s application requires a Counselor Signature Form if “your high school transcript does not include your GPA.” But I read somewhere else about someone sending the form and a transcript. If I my high school transcript will include my GPA over the years, do I have to worry about the form?</p>

<p>Also, what type of HS transcript doesn’t include GPA? Because now, since my school doesn’t bold my cum. GPA in bright neon colors, I’m worried whether or not my transcript even fits the bill.</p>

<p>My S was an international applicant last year and he had to get the Counselor Signature Form completed because we don’t really use GPA in Canada (so it is not on the transcript). So yes, there are instances where a transcript will not have a GPA.</p>
