Hey, so in september it will be my fourth time taking the ACT. i have taken a class purchased just about every book available for the ACT, ( well not quite but have about 8 of them) Taken all the tests, went over the ones i got wrong. The problems i have is timing for reading and science and math at times. Some of the ones where you have to plug in variables takes time for me to grasp. I took the test three time , got a 30, 31 and then a 30 (for the june one). Any help on how to improve my scores even a little. Like i said i have bought every book and now i just plan to go over the tests again, build confidence, and work on speed some more. I have two questions, first if i take it again and don’t send my scores until after i recieve my score: can colleges find out my score even if i don’t send it? second, if somehow they do find out will it hurt me if its a couple points under my 31? i am not applying to schools that require all test scores. And lastly any help on improving i will appreciate.
