Ivy Chances? How much to improve?

Hi. What are my chances with:
-1370/2120 on SATs
-AP History and English, no scores on test yet. (Only APs offered at my school.) 99 avg. in AP History.
-Most rigorous course schedule.
-96.45 avg.
-Valedictorian (Only 1/55)
-Active participant in American Legion Oratorical contest. Have advanced to district (Two 1st place wins, one second place, one fourth=sub-state level.)
-Will attend Boys’s State (Plan on running for Gov. or Lieut. Gov.)
-Recognized by my county as ‘The outstanding Youth Leader of the Year.’
-Wrote and directed my own full-length, full cast play at my school.
-Volunteer w/ the county Youth Court program. It is an actual juvenile court.
-Odyssey of the Mind state showers.
-Student Council President
-National Honor Society President
-FFA member
-Worked every summer since 14.
-My admission essay should be good, too. I’m actually a left leg amputee, so I should be able to write a good essay about that.
-I was featured as a front page human interest story in my local paper.

So that’s me, basically. What are my chances at Columbia and Brown, specifically? After choosing a number 1 school, I will apply early decision. Any help in that decision, by the way, Columbia vs. Brown? I will major in English.

What’s your GPA on a 4.0 scale and you need to get your SAT’s up.

GPA’s a 4.0.

I really don’t know much about the college admissions process, but I would say your EC’s look good, and the only thing to improve would be your sat scores. I think you would have a decent chance at brown or cornell…not too sure though.
