can anyone make sense of some of the ivy league school policies for ap credit? it seems like harvard doesnt grant credit unless students enroll in a program called advanced standing, which allows them to graduate in less than 4 years. but the website on advanced standing ([Advising Programs: Advanced Placement and Advanced Standing](http://www.fas.harvard.edu/~advising/advanced/)) also says that if students don’t choose the program to use ap credit, they can still enroll in advanced courses for their ap exam scores…

at least thats what im getting out of it.

also, what about yale’s acceleration credits? does anyone know how that works?
