Ivy League or TCNJ-UMDNJ

Does anyone have any suggestions?

guess it depends on your personal priorities…do you value prestige more or the benefits of combined programs… personally i’d choose a combined prog over an ivy… it’s a tough choice to make, but really an awesome situation to be in… lol

and i think there have been some extensive threads about this before…they’re probably a good place to look :)

Depends on which Ivy. Harvard, Yale, Princeton>TCNJ-UMDNJ. All else, I would go for the joint medical (I did any way). Also, make sure you have all the details on the program. I, for one, did not know that if applied to another medical school while completing my BA part of the program, my admission in the medical school would be rescinded. Also, you have to maintain a 3.4 GPA. Apart from that, remember you will end up in Newark (New Jersey Med. School) not Robert Wood.
So, if you think you can do better and are willing to take the risk, go for the ivies. I sometimes think I should have…
