Ivy Leagues: Need blind for American citizens living outside America?

<p>I am considering applying to Ivy League schools. However, are any of them need blind for U.S. dual citizens? (I was born in the U.S., but have not lived there since the age of two.)</p>

<p>If you are applying as a U.S. Citizen, then they are need blind.</p>

<p>This simply means that your financial need will not be taken into consideration when your application for admission is considered. </p>
