Ivysport hoodies

<p>I bought a Yale zip hoodie a couple months (less than 3) ago from Ivysport, and after light wear, the zipper stopped working! Every time I try to zip it, the zipper would come up, but the teeth (is that what you call them??) won’t lock up so it there’s a big hole, and it’s a pain in the butt to try to bring the zip down.</p>

<p>Does anyone have any experience dealing with Ivysport? Will they refund me the hoodie or could I possibly get exchange for a new one? Or am I stuck with this? :frowning: </p>

<p>I bought the same hoodie as you did, and it’s working great for me :). I’m sure you could call/email them and ask your question. I wouldn’t be suprised if they went either way.</p>
