<p>I don’t get it–what is the show about??</p>
<p>It is about a dysfunctional family. One of the boys (Bobby) will eventually become president. There are clips in which members of the Cabinet speak, but the rest of the show takes place when Jack and Bobby are teenagers. In most of the episodes, Bobby does something “bad”, but he always learns his lesson.</p>
<p>I think Matt Long(Jack) is pretty hot…even so, I’m unwilling to sacrifice an hr watching that show…</p>

<p>i can see why the show is highly acclaimed. the acting is good, the script is good, and the plot is good. it’s shown like a documentary, with people who know bobby as president looking back at his childhood so the scenes are in flashback. it’s one of the shows i actually look forward to watching, along with law & order criminal intent (though not svu or the other kind).</p>
